This policy explains how AMZTarget subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and refunded. Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s Buyer Protection and applicable consumer law (including EU withdrawal rights) apply.
How billing works
- Free — no payment. Limits are described on the pricing page.
- Starter, Growth, Pro — recurring subscription in USD, monthly or yearly, as shown before checkout.
- Taxes (VAT/sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout where required.
Cancel at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account: Plans (/tariff). After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued; then Free-plan limits apply. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically delete your products or keyword history.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU / Paddle)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (or as otherwise required by Paddle Buyer Protection), you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase or renewal (“Right of Withdrawal” / 14-day money-back guarantee), subject to Paddle’s rules and applicable law.
AMZTarget is a digital SaaS. If you ask us to start the paid Service immediately, some jurisdictions allow withdrawal to be waived only after a clear consent. We still honour a 14-day money-back request on first paid subscription in line with Paddle Buyer Protection, unless the request is abusive (duplicate accounts, fraud, or systematic refunds).
How to request a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account. For all refund questions contact our support or Paddle directly:
- AMZTarget: support@amztarget.com — include the email on the Paddle receipt and the approximate charge date.
- Paddle: paddle.net (Paddle buyer support).
Paddle may handle the refund as Merchant of Record. Refunds, if approved, go back to the original payment method.
After a refund
We set the account to the Free plan (or equivalent limits). Paid features (extra products, keywords, repricer, extra Telegram channels) are contracted as described in the app: we pause excess keywords and detach extra channels rather than deleting your catalogue where possible.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
