These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AMZTarget website and software (the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking “Create account”, “Subscribe”, or “Proceed to Checkout”, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
AMZTarget is operated from Ireland. The Service provides Amazon listing intelligence for sellers: product-page monitoring, keyword rank tracking, reverse-ASIN research, alerts (email and Telegram), and optional repricing tools, subject to the limits of your plan.
Merchant of Record and payments
Paid subscriptions are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its affiliates) processes payments, issues invoices/receipts, and collects applicable VAT/sales tax.
By purchasing a paid plan you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms as presented at payment. Questions about a charge on your card or PayPal statement should be directed to Paddle or to support@amztarget.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including sub-accounts (seats) on paid plans. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse Amazon or third-party systems, or create chargeback risk.
The Free plan is limited (products, keywords, check frequency). Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are described on our public pricing page and in the app at /tariff. Prices are in USD.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful Amazon-seller operations. You must not:
- scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or our infrastructure;
- resell access except as we expressly allow;
- upload unlawful content or credentials you are not entitled to use;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or payment.
Amazon is not affiliated with AMZTarget. You must comply with Amazon’s terms and applicable law when using seller credentials (SP-API) or monitoring listings.
Intellectual property
The Service, software, documentation, and branding are owned by AMZTarget or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. You retain rights to data you submit (ASINs, keywords, notification settings). We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to operate and improve the Service.
Alerts and availability
Monitoring, rank checks, and notifications depend on Amazon pages, APIs, proxies, and third-party networks. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free data. Rankings, prices, and listing fields can change between checks. Alerts are a convenience; you remain responsible for your catalogue and pricing decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZTarget is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, buy-box loss, ranking changes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from delayed or missing alerts. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you are on Free).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Irish or EU law (including for fraud or personal injury).
Cookies and advertising
Necessary cookies (session, security, language) are used to run the Service. Marketing and statistics cookies (including Google Ads and Meta Pixel) are used only if you opt in via the Cookiebot banner. Details and withdrawal: Privacy Policy.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time in your account (Plans). Cancellation, cooling-off, and refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. After cancellation you may remain on Free-plan limits.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at /terms. Material changes may be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
