Free Reverse ASIN Lookup

Enter a product's ASIN to see its top keyword phrases, built from the listing text and live Amazon search suggestions. The free preview shows the top five; the full report is in a free account.

How to run a Reverse ASIN lookup

  1. Choose the marketplace.
  2. Paste the ASIN or the product link. It can be your product or a competitor's.
  3. Click Find keywords. The lookup reads the listing, so it takes up to a minute.

How the keywords are found

The lookup works from the product, not from a seed word:

  1. It reads the title and bullet points of the listing on the chosen marketplace.
  2. An AI model proposes search phrases and seed words that describe the product.
  3. The seed words are expanded with live Amazon search bar suggestions. A suggestion is kept only if every word of it appears in the listing.
  4. Phrases that both the AI and Amazon autocomplete agree on come first, then Amazon suggestions, then AI-only phrases.

Search volume is shown where it is known. For the top phrases without a known volume, it is requested in the background and appears in the table when it arrives.

What the preview includes

The free preview shows the five strongest phrases and how many more were found. The full Reverse ASIN report in a free AMZTarget account lists every phrase with monthly volume, 3- and 12-month trends, and suggest depth, and sends the ones you pick to rank tracking in one click.

Limits worth knowing

  • The phrases are built from public listing text and Amazon suggestions. They are not the competitor's private advertising data or backend search terms.
  • Volumes are estimates from third-party Amazon search data.
  • To know where a product actually ranks for a phrase, check it with the keyword rank checker.

FAQ

Is the Reverse ASIN lookup free?

Yes. One preview a day is free without signup. The full report is part of the free AMZTarget plan.

Can I look up a competitor's ASIN?

Yes. Any public ASIN on the selected marketplace works.

Are these the exact keywords the product ranks for?

Not necessarily. They are the phrases that describe the listing and that shoppers search for. Rank tracking shows the real positions.

Why is the volume still loading for some phrases?

Volume for phrases we have not seen before is fetched from a data provider in the background, after the paid accounts' requests. Leave the page open, or open the full report later.
